From what I've experienced, this doesn't decrease the lag from tail, but decreases the chances of it actually landing; if that's true, then it might also decrease the chances of being hit with crippling KATHUNK. Can anyone confirm? --Neyne 19:09, 22 July 2007 (CDT)
