A Soldier's military training makes them a more effective leader. This skill
increases your group capacity by 1.

Also, any time you use a Soldier stance, a single group-mate will have a
chance to follow your lead and adopt the same stance, depending on their
class' level of discipline. This will be the first person found in group
who is standing and not already using a stance.
